Vanessa Santillan

Bio

Vanessa graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She holds a CrossFit Level 2 certificate as well as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Vanessa has experience working in all types of exercise settings: gyms, sports performance facilities, rehabilitative and functional fitness. Her passion for sports exercise and helping others led her to pursue massage therapy and become a certified massage therapist and open Massage and Movement Rx. Vanessa’s athletic career started at a young age and included playing on a full-contact women’s football team during college. She currently competes in CrossFit as a master’s athlete and has previously competed at the CrossFit Games at the team level. When she’s not at the gym or working with clients you can find Vanessa enjoying the outdoors with her partner, pups, and pals!
